Soil : Clay - siliceous

Grape variety : Sauvignon

Tasting : A very nice golden tint. A hue of minerality and ripe fruit with a slight pepper taste. The palate is round and full with a very fresh finish.

Gastronomy : This wine is a marvelous companion to safood, fish or charcuterie.

Sancerre White "Clos Paradis" Domaine Fouassier (Sancerre)

Soil : Clay-chalky soil (30% clay, 70% chalky). South exposed slopes.

Grape variety : Sauvignon. Vines aged over 35 years old.

Tasting : Clear golden yellow and bright robe. Mineral and fruity nose with citrus hints. The attack is supple and unctuous in the palate and turns out to a fleshy finish.

Gastronomy : You will enjoy this wine as an aperitif or serve it with fish prepared in sauce or white meat.

Soil: almost exclusively chalky soil (95% chalky, 5% clay). Southwestern exposure of the slopes.

Grape variety: This wine is made with grapes from 35-year-old Sauvignon.

Tasting: With golden tints and a citrus smell with fineness, it's rich and balanced. A long end of taste with citrus flavour too.

Gastronomy: This wine is delicious by itself as an aperitif. It also matches seafood and fish very well.

Sancerre Rouge “L’Étourneau” Domaine Fouassier (Sancerre)

Sol : Terrain argilo-calcaire

Cépage : Pinot Noir

Caractères : Robe rouge intense avec une couleur profonde. Nez de fruits surmûris (plutôt cerise et griotte), assez net. Bouche structurée, sur le fruit, avec des tanins bien fondus. C'est un vin qui demande à vieillir quelques années en cave.
